Our Offices
The law office of Mitch Greene was established in 1999.  Previous to the opening of the office, Mr. Greene worked as an associate at another law office since 1990.  This office is a small firm handling only traffic infractions.  In this way, we feel we can streamline our representation strictly to traffic infractions and not be distracted by other types of cases.  Our office tries to minimize our client’s exposure to the possible effects of a traffic infraction.  Our goal is to keep the ticket off of our client’s records by various means so they won’t be adversely impacted by their insurance company or the Department of Licensing.

Our office is eager to assist you with your traffic infraction.  Please contact our office early so that we can assist you.  Please visit our "Ticket Packet" section for more information on how to proceed.

Mr. Greene
Mr. Greene has been handling traffic matters professionally since 1990, and has been to the majority of Courts in Western Washington to defend his clients.

Office Policies

Fees – Our fee is a flat fee of $300 for a regular traffic matter and $450 for a Negligent Driving II ticket.  See our ticket packet” for further details.

How to start representation – By selecting our "Ticket Packet", filling out all the appropriate information and either emailing, faxing or mailing the specified information to our office, you will begin the process of obtaining our services.

Courts – We generally handle all matters in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. Please see our list of Courts Mr. Greene does not attend in the "FAQ – Which courts does Mr. Greene routinely handle" section.

Referrals – Occasionally there are Courts that we either don’t handle, are outside our area of practice, or we know someone who is better suited for that Court.  If this is the case, please contact our office and we will try to put you in touch with an attorney who can assist you.  These attorney’s have their own offices, policies and procedures.  If we refer you to another attorney, we urge you to make your own independent decision on retaining them or not.

Traffic only – This office only handles infractions. If you have a criminal matter, you will need to call for a referral.

Appeals – This office does not routinely handle appeals of traffic matters because we believe that it is better to put our efforts into resolving the case without having to resort to appeals.  If you are in need of an appeal, please contact us for a referral.  Appeals must be filed no later than 30 days from the date of the Court’s decision on your matter.

Track record/win-loss record – Unfortunately, according to the WSBA it is unethical to give you a percentage of success in this or any other matter, because it gives clients an unjust expectation of results.  There is no guarantee that a case will be dismissed even if a similar matter in the same court was dismissed.  All cases are judged independently on their own merits.

Other attorney’s – Because of the Court’s policy of scheduling, or lack thereof, it is sometimes necessary to use substitute attorneys.  The attorney’s that this office uses are regular traffic attorneys who understand the complexities of the various cases.  In all such situations, the cases are pre-screened and prepared by Mr. Greene.

Respect – We treat everyone with respect and expect nothing less of our clients and people we interact with on a daily basis.

Files – Because of the Court database, DOL and ECR, our office thins our files to the bare necessities at the conclusion of the case and then only keep the remaining paperwork for one year from the last hearing and then dispose of them.
